All settings are maxed out, I used DX12 on both sides. RTX on means: RTX is set to high, all options are active. DLSS is not active! You might notice that the RTX on footage is sometimes slightly blurrier, especially while moving. That is a result of ray tracing noise and NOT because of YT compression!!! YT compression still affects the whole video in footage with motion.
